24th of March, from 18:00 to 20:00 by Iyengar Yoga Instructor Rita Pereira and the Therapist Anna Grabner.
With the Begin of Springtime we have more energy and are more open for exploration and new discoveries. In that sense the Yoga Class will have, as its main focus, the intention of creating more space internally, especially in our chest area. We will facilitate the class in a way that we will gradually feel at home in this space, deepening our knowledge of some simple postures and the connection between these. The class will be adapted to all levels of ability.
At the end of the Yoga Session we will have a special moment of relaxation. Anna will guide us through a Meditative Sound Journey to deepen the benefits and effects of the Yoga Class experienced before. With instruments such as Singing Bowls, Wind Chimes, Ocean Drum, Guitarlele, Shruti Box, Shamanic Drum and her Voice she will create sonic landscapes in the moment.
This invitation to fully surrender and integrate the experience brings benefits of relaxation on a mental, emotional and energetic level. Enjoy!

With a background in music and psychology, Anna was drawn to the idea of linking the two fields and found an inspiring match in the Voice Movement Therapy (VMT) Training in South Africa in 2012. As a registered voice movement therapy practitioner (VMTR), Anna has found that the playful nature of VMT encourages people to unfold their personal stories in guided voice movement journeys. Her intention is to assist people in connecting with their authenticity through movement and voice, inviting them to create their own Life Poems and Soul Songs. The combination of her work experiences as a clinical and health psychologist, a VMTR and voice workshop facilitator has allowed her to accompany and witness many journeys with children, teenagers and adults. Since becoming a mother in 2014 she has also begun to co-facilitate Women's Circles and Sisterhood Song Circles. The study of the beautiful art of Thai Yoga Massage in 2016 has also taken her on the path of offering Therapeutic Massages, Pregnancy Massage and Sound Healing Massages.
